OUR PURPOSE IS “TO” LOVE NOT TO “BE” LOVED
When we shift the focus from seeking love to embodying and expressing it. When we seek to be loved, we place our happiness in the hands of others—something we can't fully control. People's affections, perceptions, and circumstances change, making the experience of being loved unreliable and fleeting.
On the other hand, to love is a conscious choice. It’s an internal state that isn’t dependent on external validation. When we love - whether it's people, life, or even ourselves - we generate feelings of connection, purpose, and joy from within. This is where true bliss arises, because we are tapping into something that is entirely within our control.
In essence, seeking to be loved is passive and conditional, while choosing to love is active and liberating. It aligns with deeper fulfillment because it is an intrinsic act, rather than a reaction to others' approval.
When we embody this state we are capable of existing in pure bliss / pure heaven on earth (our most natural state). Finding love for all things, because they are an extension of ourselves. We are all drops of water in a ocean. You cannot separate the idea of the drop from the ocean it is one in the same. As each drop has its own unique experience as part of the ocean, so do we as humans. But we are not separate. So why would you ever choose to do anything but hold love for the OCEAN that is all people, plants, animals, things…
