Experience a relaxing combination of Sound and Reiki healing, restoring balance and peace within, along with a meditation dedicating this same energy and intention to heal our Earth.
Sound bath: This will be led by Hui Lin Chang, a yoga and Reiki student of mine, who recently returned from India having completed a 28 day Sound Healing certification program. She is thrilled to share this experience with you as you allow the harmonious vibrations of the singing bowls, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments facilitate the release of negative energy, restoring harmony and a sense of peace within.
Reiki: You will receive hands-on (light touch) energy healing from Rhonda Fowler, a certified Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master. Reiki is the higher vibrational energy of the universe, that is channeled through a Reiki practitioner and works to break down blockages in our energetic pathways that inhibit the flow of prana (life force energy) through our body.
The combination of these healing modalities will leave you feeling lighter, less anxious, and more at peace.
