Equinox Restorative, Energy Healing & Sound Bath
Join Sherina Nobes and Jenn Lawley for a two-hour restorative journey featuring energy healing and a sound bath experience!
Saturday, March 22nd, from 11 am to 1 pm
Intentionally set the foundation for the astrological new year and spring equinox through receiving subtle energy healing while guided through restorative yoga, ending in a full immersion sound bath from the frequencies of Himalayan quartz crystal singing bowls.
Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. All other props will be provided, however you are welcome to bring anything else that would set you up to be the most comfortable. Also optional; a journal, crystals to charge, and/or a sacred item.
